JT has arrived in foster care! He's doing well. He gets along with the other English setter boy in his home, is trying to wrestle and play already. He was a bit timid with his foster mom at the beginning...didn't dare to look at her---but it didn't take long at all for him to snuggle in.
JT is an approximately 2 year old english setter boy who was found as a stray. He obviously had been out for a hunting trip, as he still wore his shock collar. His owner, though he was found, didn't care to get him back and poor JT ended up at a shelter in Southern Illinois. Luckily IBR found a brand new foster home for this boy to get him into safety as his time at the shelter was running out.
